How to Upgrade

Click "Upgrade Now"

In the sidebar, click the Upgrade Now button inside the upgrade box (visible if you're on the Trial plan). Alternatively, go to Settings → Account and click the upgrade link.

Choose a Plan

Select Pro or Elite on the upgrade page. Both are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.

Complete Checkout

You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your card details. Payment is processed immediately and your account is upgraded instantly.

How Billing Works

Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date you first subscribe. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th, you'll be billed on the 5th of each subsequent month.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are never stored on RR Metrics servers — only Stripe holds payment information, under PCI-DSS compliance.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Go to Settings → Account and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

After cancellation, your account reverts to a read-only state where you can still view your trade history but cannot add new trades beyond the trial limit. Your data is not deleted.

Refunds

If you cancel your subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. To request a refund, email info.rrmetrics@gmail.com with your account email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged for the following period. RR Metrics does not issue refunds for charges that occurred because a cancellation wasn't submitted in time.

Common Questions

What happens when my trial ends?

After 7 days, the trial expires and you'll need to upgrade to continue adding trades and using broker connections. Your existing trade data is preserved. You can upgrade at any point during or after the trial.

Can I switch between Pro and Elite?

Yes. Contact info.rrmetrics@gmail.com to switch plans. The change will be applied at your next billing cycle.

Is my data deleted if I cancel?

No. Your trade history, tags, strategies, and journal entries are all preserved even after cancellation. If you re-subscribe in the future, everything will be exactly as you left it.
